Kratom to Treat Addiction

If you’ve been keeping up with the failed war on drugs and the issues facing the medical marijuana community then you may have seen this coming.

Kratom, like marijuana and Iboga is a medicinal plant that has been used around the world to aid in the treatment of various diseases as well as pain management. However, much like marijuana Kratom is now being targeted in the American drug war. Rather than conduct research into possible Kratom benefits we are back in the middle of a drug war.

While we don’t know all the facts lawmakers would like to simply ban Kratom and other medicinal plants altogether. The National Kratom Association will continue to fight for Kratom. However, it may likely be doomed to the same fate marijuana has dealt with for many years in the united states.
